Northampton’s Time For The Blogging Spotlight

13 July 2010 by

Why, hello there!

Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Kris and I am footballblog.co.uk’s dedicated Northampton Town writer. Currently a Journalism degree undergraduate at Sheffield Hallam University, my greatest passion is my hometown team, who I’ve now followed the fortunes of home and away for some 12 years. A season ticket holder for five years I now attend on a more casual basis due to university commitments.

In ten years time I hope to be amongst the UK’s best young sports writers. But for now I’m just cutting my teeth. This is a part of the start for me. So let’s see where it takes us.

With the 2010/11 season upon us in well under a month, I’m taking it on myself to provide you with some comprehensive analysis on the Cobblers’ fortunes in this installment of NPower League Two!

This, I’d like to think, will be something a little different to things that have gone before, so expect plenty of features, match reports and analysis of happenings at Sixfields Stadium.

Sounds a great idea to have a Cobblers only blog. I’m hoping for a big season this time around and with the additions and players commiting to the club I beieve its onwards and upwards from here.
