Football - Barnet v Rotherham United Coca Football - Chesterfield v Rochdale Coca

John Sheridan’s spireites travel to Rotherham today with the hope of securing another win in League2. The blues are unbeaten since the 1st game of the season.

Chesterfield have been in fine form this season with 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat and loan signing Donal McDermott has been superb. The spireites were beaten 3-0 by Rotherham last season at the Don Valley Stadium in Sheffield, but Sheridan won’t let that happen again. A 5-1 win over Burton Albion on tuesday has raised Chesterfield’s ambitions for the season and will be looking for a win in Sheffield.

The key player for Chesterfield is youngster Donal McDermott who is on loan from Manchester City. He scored a wondergoal against Northampton. The star has been looking like a good loan and spireite fans hope Sheridan will buy him pernamently. Definately 1 for the future.

Rotherham have started the season so well that manager Mark Robins has been interviewed for the vacant Barnsley job. The miller’s have been on fine form scoring alot of goals and alot of their star players have been approached by higher clubs.

Their key player  is Adam Le Fondre, the ex-Rochdale striker nearly took Rochdale up afew season’s ago. He is an expert in League 2 and will be Chesterfield’s biggest danger.

Final Score: Rotherham 1-1 Chesterfield

Your last two posts have been much better then your first three Matt. It seems like you took Rushden’s advice and your posts have come on leaps and bounds already. Keep up the good work and I look forward to reading more.
