Valencia Trio could play at Euro 2008

Luis Aragones has said that Miguel Angulo, David Albelda and Santiago Canizares all have a chance of making his Spanish squad for this summer’s European Championships.

Having spent much of the season out of football, after being droppd by Ronald Koeman, now the dutchman has been sacked, they have a chance at making a run at the national side.

Speaking to Marca, Aragones said:

“The players will pick themselves, it’s down to them, they have to be in good shape, tactically, physically and mentally. I just hope Valencia begins to do well as they have three great players in their team.”
