There may well be a chance for Mohamed Salah to rectify his poor start to the season and receive a much needed spark when he and Liverpool travel to Elland Road to face Leeds United, a side he has had joy against in the past.
The Egyptian has racked up nine goals in the six games he has played against Leeds, averaging 1.5 goals per-game.

Leeds are one of the four teams that Salah averages at least a goal per game against in the Premier League.
As well as The Whites, Watford, Bournemouth, and fellow Yorkshire side Huddersfield Town are the clubs that Liverpool’s number 11 has a positive goals per-game ratio against.

Will Liverpool Really Benefit If Mohamed Salah Scores Against Leeds?
Just four goals in his first 13 appearances of the campaign has worried many supporters, with some even questioning whether Liverpool should sell Salah, who is currently their third all-time leading goalscorer.
Even if Salah scores at Elland Road, Liverpool will not be counting on the Egyptian to increase his tally throughout the festive period. Salah is one of the many Premier League stars set to leave for the Africa Cup of Nations.
That means last season’s PFA Player of The Year will be joining his national team after Liverpool’s following league game against Brighton on the 13th December.
If Salah begins to string together form over the next few game weeks, it will instead more likely benefit his national team in their quest to win their first AFCON in 15 years.
