Chelsea look to finally wrap up the deal for Liverpool forward Fernando Torres. The blues have been interersted in the Spaniard for a long time now and it looks likely that a bid in the region of £70m would be required to force Liverpool to sell him. Things have gone from bad to worse for cash strapped Liverpool and with Rafa Benitez gone there doesn’t seem to be much the club can do to hold on to him. Its no secret that Torres is not happy after his side finished 7th in the league compared to 2nd in 2009 and ended the season without silverware once again.
