Davies stays a Wanderer as City look elsewhere

The Tigers look to have failed in there bid to sign Kevin Davies,As manager Phil Brown looks to be in a race against time to find at least two strikers before the season starts.

City so far only have two known strikers in Caleb Folan and the over experienced Dean Windass so they’ll be keen to add at least another striker into the Tigers squad.

But it looks like Davies will not be part of that Tigers squad,As Wanderers coach Gary Megson is reluctant not to lose 31 year old Davies after rejecting an offer thought to be worth Two Million English pounds,And it looks like Davies isn’t to keen on city life either,Especially after hinting that he’ll sign a new deal with the Trotters.
