Last week, Rangers supporters across the length and breadth of the United Kingdom made a gallant effort to make Tina Turner’s The Best the UK No.1. The campaign was helped by FollowFollow.com and many social networking sites.
On last week’s Top 40 show, Reggie, the show’s host, confirmed to the audience that Rangers were Scottish Champions and that The Best had been successful in shrugging off You’ll Never Walk Alone, a campaign by Celtic and Liverpool fans which was looking to beat The Best to number one. Well, You’ll Never Walk Alone finished 33rd and The Best was 9th in the charts.
