Midfielder Cese Fabergas still believes Arsenal can win the English Premier League. They trail Manchester United and Chelsea by 4 points with 2 matches remaining in the season.
“Nothing is impossible,” said Fabergas. ‘We have to win the last two games and then we’ll see. We are not the favourites but you never know.”
Arsenal defeated the relagation bound Derby County 6-2 on Monday. Derby were well in contention at half time with the score at 3-1 but Adebayor and Walcott were able to grab some goals in the second half and finish the game off. The final score was 6-2 with Abebayor scoring a hat-trick.
This is what Fabergas had to say about Abebayor: “He makes a difference every time he plays, he’s a striker who can do everything. We should feel fortunate to have him.”
