Just one day after getting one point out of the Romania game, on Tuesday 10th June, a French team of players that did not feature much or did not feature at all in the Romania game faced a team of 18-year-old players from Switzerland in a 45-minute match at the Chatel Saint-Denis stadium. The Swiss players came from Neuchatel and Fribourg. The line-up of the French squad was the following:

A surprise highlight is the inclusion of Patrick Vieira, who missed the first match through injury, but played in the entire friendly match. The score of this game was 7-0 for the French squad.
