John O’Shea has become a prominent media figure for Man Utd lately. He has appeared in several quoted interviews, previewing or reviewing Man Utd’s matches. His comments are always of encouragement for the whole squad to beat the hurdles they still have to face this season. John was full of praise for the Red Devils squad after their 2-0 win at the Olimpico last Tuesday, and said that this win fills Man Utd with confidence ahead of the final (potential) 10 games of the season: 6 league games, quarter-final 2nd leg against Roma, two semi-final legs and the UEFA Champions League 2008 final. Man Utd still have a very good chance of doing the double this season, but the Red Devils must stay focussed and give their best in all their remaining matches. When others’ form has fallen drastically (Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool), Man Utd have stayed on a good run of games, and it must be kept that way for the Man Utd faithful to have something to celebrate come the season’s end.
