Luke Littler Enjoys Old Trafford VIP Treatment as Darts Star Attends Second Man United Game in a Row — But Won’t Make a Third

Darts star Luke Littler attended his second Manchester United game in a row on Monday night.

Littler and his girlfriend Faith Millar were at Old Trafford to witness Man United and Bournemouth draw 4-4 in a Premier League epic.

The pair were pictured in the directors’ area alongside United CEO Omar Berrada and director of football Jason Wilcox.

It marked an upgrade for Littler, who had watched United’s previous match in the away end at Wolves.

The 18-year-old United fan enjoyed that trip and was seen celebrating a 4-1 away win a week earlier.

However, his appearance at the Wolves game angered some supporters, with many questioning how Littler had managed to secure an away ticket for a sold-out fixture.

Some disgruntled fans suggested Littler — or someone else — may have broken club rules in order for him to get his hands on a ticket, as he does not personally own a season ticket with the loyalty points typically required for Premier League away games.

It later transpired that Littler — who had posted on social media before the Wolves match asking if anyone had a spare ticket — had been gifted entry by United’s kit manufacturer Adidas.

After facing backlash, Littler took to social media to clarify how he obtained the Wolves tickets.

“Everyone just jumps on everything,” Littler said. “They don’t know anything.

“So I’ve seen too many stupid [message] requests and all that stuff saying, ‘I’ve been on the waiting list’ and all that.

“And then I just said to my mate, ‘I’m going to have to put something on there to thank Adidas because no one knows’.

“And then when I put it on, they’re like, ‘Oh, you’re just trying to cover it up’. But the tickets were off Adidas.

“They give a certain amount of tickets out a year, home and away, to whoever they want. So they chose me and gave me three tickets for Wolves away.

“It was my first away day. Probably a guaranteed win, so I’m glad we won that one. Hopefully we can go on and win on Monday as well.

“Hopefully I can get to some more, but I’ll enjoy it on Monday.”

Will Luke Littler be at Aston Villa vs Man United?

Luke Littler has now seen Man United — the Premier League’s most attacking team in terms of shots attempted this season — score eight goals across two matches.

However, his run of attending consecutive United games will end at two.

Littler will not be able to watch the Red Devils away at Aston Villa on Sunday due to a scheduling clash with his second-round match against David Davies at the PDC World Darts Championship in London.

The reigning world champion began the defence of his title with a straight-sets win over Darius Labanauskas, recording a three-dart average of 101.54 — the highest of the tournament so far.
