1-1s, shocks and dodgy refs! 18 Sept 2010 Review

So Saturday has about finished and I am sitting awaiting MOTD to start. Have just sat through the Sky extended highlights of Spurs v Wolves, pretty good come back from Spurs and very surprising seeing as every time I put them to win in my works predictions they end up losing. Best moment of the game had to be the Spurs third goal, cracking cock up in defence by a Leicester old boy Mr Stearman. Have to say it bought a smile to my face.

Well in case you didn’t know there were seven premier league games today, Stoke and West Ham played out a pretty decent 1-1 draw, Arsenal and Sunderland the same (with a 94th Bent goal! HA HA). Everton somehow managed to lose to the Toon at home weird seeing as the Newcastle can’t even beat the Seasiders! Blackburn and Fulham also drew 1-1, West Brom had a very decent result against Birmingham 3-1 and last but no means least Villa and Bolton drew and yes you guessed it 1-1!

Shock of the day has to be the mighty Millwall getting absolutely hammered 6-1 by Watford at The Den. One absolutely amazing result seeing as Millwall have had a cracking start to the season, just proves that The Championship this season is the most open for years (or the worst for years). I won’t mention my team’s great result today at home to QPR but I’m hearing via certain members of my family the ref robbed us!

Well MOTD is starting so I’m gonna shut up now, looking forward to another good day of footy tomorrow an absolute cracker, with Man U v Liverpool!!
