According to newspaper reports, Juventus manager Claudio Ranieri has stated that he will, in the future, fancy taking up an appointment with a national side. He, however, stated that he will leave Juventus after having annexed the UEFA Champions League trophy. This comes two days after Juventus thrashed Artmedia by four goals to nil in the first leg of the third qualifying round. The former Chelsea coach took over the reins in the Bianconeri after they went into the Serie B wilderness. One question that has been asked about Ranieri’s statement is if Juve doesn’t win the coveted trophy. Well, with the likes of Del Piero and Trezeguet, Juve are back and back for good.
