Pulis’ inability to gain points away from home will be our downfall; his game plan for away games has yielded just 3 points from 3 draws, which simply isn’t good enough.
My proposal is that we have 2 managers, we keep Tony Pulis, and he manages the home games, something he is actually quite good at, but we take responsibility of away games team selection and tactics away from him. His predecessor Johan Boskamp had a far better record away from home, being a far less cautious manager and allowing his sides to attack sometimes, he should be brought back and given responsibility for the side in away games only.
We have the players in our squad that are capable of playing good football, capable of attacking with (some) pace, that would suit Boskamp’s style, and we clearly have players who can play to Pulis’ style in home games.
It’s a win win situation as far as I can see
