 A reserve Stoke side beat conference south side Worcester City 1-0 in a friendly match on Thursday night. First team regular Andy Wilkinson and first team squad member Richie De Laet featured in the match, as did trialist and former Reading winger John Oster, who played mostly in centre midfield.
 The only goal came after 82 minutes, when academy trialist Harry Harding finished well from ten yards after being played in by De Laet.
