A new statue featuring the Trinity of Manchester has been unveiled at Old Trafford. The statue features legend players George Best, Denis Law and Bobby Charlton. They were all players which shaped the past, in a way that the present and future can exist. They were some of the pillars that built Manchester United into an unquestionable and highly respected force in European and worldwide football. The statue stands opposite the classic Sir Matt Busby statue.
Denis Law, who was attending the special occasion, gave comments to the Guardian and stated his belief that the present Man Utd squad is capable of dominating Europe. The squad has already won the highest award in European football this season, and it only has to retain it next season to prove that it is the undisputed current Best Club in Europe. Law said that he has seen other clubs from Spain (Real Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Sevilla) and Italy (Juventus, Inter, Milan, Fiorentina) but they are inferior to the power of Man Utd.
