 The words ”John Rudge attends a Barcelona match to scout for potential players” would be enough to make many Stoke fans pretty well excited, and tonight those words are true as Stoke’s director of football did in fact attend Barcelona’s Champions League qualifier against Poland’s Wisla Krakow.
 Alas though, it is said to be a Krakow player that was being monitored, not a Barcelona one.
