When I’m looking for the latest news about the mighty Red Devils, sometimes I’m shocked while reading headlines. At first glance, I believe them to be true, but as I scroll down and see the publisher, Marca, the word that comes to mind has eight words, starts with a B and ends with a T. The latest is a REPORTED interview with Ronaldo’s godfather. Believe me, if his dog could talk, they would say they had an interview with him!
This is what the imaginary godfather had to say about Ronaldo. I’m appealing everyone not to believe a single word reported by Marca. They are Spanish, and totally biased. Their mouth starts to water when they think of having Cristiano Ronaldo living in their country, where they can report anything about him, from the time he goes to bed, to the girls he sleeps with, to the brand of his hairgel and shampoo, to the number of snails in his garden. They’re so annoying! Spanish press…would Ronnie want to go in their den?
“Cristiano must take advantage of this opportunity to go to Real Madrid.”
“I think that he has decided he will go to Real Madrid, but he will not say it until the European Championship is over.”
“Cristiano Ronaldo’s top objective is to win everything, it is what he wants the most, especially the Champions League and then going as far as possible with Portugal during Euro 2008.” – the imaginary Godfather, or rather Marca’s journalist’s creativity
