Queiroz attacks Real Madrid…again!

Queiroz

We love you Queiroz. Keep it up! Real Madrid, lose all hope of getting our gem Cristiano Ronaldo. Real may be the most successful club in Europe, but currently they are no longer successful in football (Champions League)…only successful in the merchandising department. And Ronaldo wants to play football and be the world’s best footballer, not follow in the footsteps of David Beckham. He would be crazy to leave.

“The current chairman of Real Madrid was my manager, and I know what he told me and what happens in the end. I have the advantage of knowing the differences between the two clubs.”

“In Madrid, our role was to serve as a kind of wrapping paper. We were to bring Figo, Ronaldo, Zidane to light. But they don’t know what recognition and gratitude are there.”

“It’s not hard to hold onto Ronaldo. Here at Manchester United we can offer pretty much the best conditions. But we can’t compete in terms of ethics – because we won’t abandon them. Nor is there the promiscuity between United and the English press that exists in Spain, Portugal or Italy. And no proposal ever came to Manchester United from Real Madrid. Never. Our patience has limits.”

“Is Ronaldo pressing for an exit? That’s something you’d need to ask him.” – Carlos Queiroz, Man Utd Assistant Manager (and possibly/probably future Man Utd manager)
