Many expect Germany to have an easy win over Poland. Althought it may look like this on paper on the field it will be a different story with two bitter rivals battling it out.
Germany have stars right through the team and go into the match with a postive edge. This is Polands first EURO and you would think they wouldn’t be nearly as confident as Germany but that may be false. Poland finished top of their group in qualifying out qualifying one of the favorites Portugal and have a new coach who has worked miracles with the squad.
Poland are likely to flood in the midfield and play possesion.
Key match up: Michael Ballack v Mariusz Lewandowski:
Ballack is in great form after finishing the season well with Chelsea and could be the player that gives Germany the edge. Mariusz Lewandowski is one of the holding midfielders and is likely to mark him.
