Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have reportedly identified Atletico Madrid star Julian Alvarez as their priority target for the 2026 summer transfer window.
Luis Enrique’s side want to entice Atletico by offering two players plus €50 million cash for the Argentine forward.
Enrique is set to get in touch with the player and convince him of his vision. There have been claims that Enrique convinced Dro Fernandez to join PSG from Barcelona. The former Barca coach is hoping for another successful swoop in the coming months.
PSG Ready to Sacrifice Two Players for Julian Alvarez Transfer
According to Spanish outlet Fichajes.net, PSG have decided to go all out to secure the services of Atletico Madrid star Julian Alvarez. Los Rojiblancos, meanwhile, see Alvarez as a crucial part of their project and want to keep him for the foreseeable future.
PSG understand the complexity of the operation and want to give Atletico not one but two players to sweeten the deal.
With Alexander Sorloth’s future clouded in uncertainty, Atletico Madrid need to reshape their attack in the summer. PSG want to capitalise on this, offering Goncalo Ramos as part of the Julian Alvarez swap deal.
Ramos reportedly has many admirers in the Spanish capital and is considered to be an ideal solution for Atletico. Despite struggling for minutes at PSG, Ramos has scored 10 times in 29 matches under Luis Enrique this season. The Portuguese forward could produce even better numbers with regular football.

PSG are also ready to offer Lee Kang-in as part of the deal. Atletico Madrid are in the market for a creative midfielder, and Lee fits the profile perfectly.
Like Ramos, the South Korean has also struggled for continuity under Enrique and is open to a change of scenery.
Los Colchoneros are expecting to receive several offers for Alvarez in the summer, with Barcelona and Arsenal also showing interest.
Atletico could move for a Real Madrid forward if they lose the former Manchester City forward.
PSG, of course, are also ready to pay €50 million in exchange for Alvarez, allowing Atletico to further improve their squad.

PSG have a lot of admiration for Goncalo Ramos and Kang-in Lee. But they believe that these players need to be sacrificed to secure the services of one of the most unique attackers on the market.
