 As expected, midfielder Seyi Olofinjana has been granted a work permit so he will be able to play for Stoke in the forthcoming season. The Nigerian international signed on a four year deal for £3 million last Saturday from Wolves and the work permit being granted finalises the move.
 The result of Jamaican defender/midfielder Rudolph Austin’s hearing has not yet been revealed.
