Shola Ameobi has been loaned to Stoke City for the rest of the season. Ameobi, who has fallen out of favour with Allardyce and Keegan, has struggled to get playing time this season. He has now moved to Stoke City for the rest of the season as Stoke tries for one last push to get into the Premiership next season. This could be positive for both teams as Stoke gets a proven striker and Ameobi gets to play some first team football which could help him improve enough to be a part of Keegan’s plan’s once again.
