Leicester City have been linked with a loan move for Manchester City midfielder Michael Johnson, the England Under 21 international has had a lack of match practice since his return from injury four months ago. Manchester City’s spending spree has also had an effect on Johnson’s playing time, he has fallen out of favour with Eastland’s boss Roberto Mancini and now a move to Leicester City could well be on the cards.
However reports state that Leeds United are also interested in the 22 year old, Johnson who supported Leeds United as a youngster said he was keen on a loan switch to Elland Road in the near future. It is very likely that Michael Johnson will move away from Manchester City but his destination isn’t clear, will he join Leeds United or will he join Leicester City?
