Canadian trialist Keegan Ayre could return to the Gills for the summer, so manager Mark Stimson can have a better look at what he can do.
The 19-year old midfielder, previously with SPL club Hibernian, had a trial with the Gills after his spell on loan at Berwick Rangers came to an end.
Stimson said: “It’s hard to judge players at the moment as I’m so focused on the first team and I’m watching them. There is a possibility however that he might come back in pre-season.”
