Ex-Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran is keen on a transfer back to the Premier League – with a host of clubs interested.
Colombian international Jhon Duran was superb for Aston Villa last season.
The 22-year-old scored 12 times for Unai Emery’s side before securing a January move to Saudi club Al-Nassr.
This season, he has been on loan in Turkey with Fenerbahce. But reports now indicate he is angling for a return to the Premier League.
Several English clubs have therefore been put on notice, and are keen to land Duran before deadline day.
Everton are among the most likely candidates, with Manchester United’s interest in Iliman Ndiaye a potential catalyst.
Premier League Clubs Interested In Jhon Duran
Reports from Turkey suggest that Jhon Duran is leaving Fenerbahce.
Everton, West Ham, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest have all been mentioned as possible destinations.
But it was believed that the striker’s wage demands may be prohibiting serious negotiations.
What. A. Strike.

That message has now changed, though, with the player now pushing for a Premier League return.
Duran missed training this week, reportedly due to an injury.
But it has now emerged that his absence was in order to help ‘facilitate transfer negotiations’ as he prepares for an exit.
Jhon Duran Wants Premier League Transfer
Duran is expected to leave Turkey and return to Al-Nassr before the end of the January window.
Where he ends up next, however, remains to be seen.
The ex-Villa man is wanted by other Saudi clubs, with Al-Ittihad keen on a deal that would see N’Golo Kante head to Fenerbahce.
But Duran’s agents have made it clear that Europe remains the priority.
Fenerbahce paid a €20m loan fee in order to sign Duran for the season, so will need to be compensated.
He has since been removed from the Turkish side’s squad for this weekend, suggesting an exit is imminent.
Several European clubs have been showing interest in Jhon Duran over recent days as potential last minute deal.
Decision depends on Fenerbahçe and Duran but clubs keen and already making inquiries this week.

If the reports about his preference for the Premier League are true, then this could be a major opportunity for several clubs.
Both West Ham and Everton are desperate for a proven goal scorer, with both sides floundering in the final third.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth’s search for an Antoine Semenyo replacement continues after the Ghanaian forward joined Manchester City.
As for Nottingham Forest, Sean Dyche’s side are always on the hunt for new additions, for the right price.
In Duran, any of these clubs would be signing a young talent that’s already proved himself in the Premier League and beyond.
His three goals in the Champions League last season were huge for Villa, and there is no doubting his quality.
But question marks remain over his attitude and work-ethic, meaning he may not suit a bottom-half team in need of hard-grafting characters.
