Full List of Completed Premier League January Transfers 2026

The January transfer window has closed after Premier League clubs spent more than £400 million.

But while the overall outlay made this the third most expensive January window of the past decade for Premier League clubs, only eight teams signed more than one player, with West Ham the only side to make as many as five additions.

Six Premier League teams did not sign a single new player during the January 2026 window. These included Burnley, Everton, Leeds United, Manchester United and Newcastle United.

Liverpool also made zero January signings.

However, the Reds did agree a summer deal for Jeremy Jacquet after he rejected a move to Chelsea.

Liverpool will pay Rennes an initial transfer fee of £55m for Jacquet — a figure former France star Christophe Dugarry thinks is too high.

Which Premier League club spent the most money in the 2026 January transfer window?

Crystal Palace were the surprise biggest spenders of the January window, committing significant funds to refresh their forward line.

The Eagles completed a club-record deal for Wolves striker Jorgen Strand Larsen (pictured above), after also signing Brennan Johnson from Tottenham earlier in the month.

Those two deals cost Palace £83m in transfer fees, while they also added Evan Guessand on loan from Aston Villa.

West Ham made the most January signings this season

West Ham signed a total of five new players in the January window of 2026 — more than any other Premier League team.

The Hammers brought in Pablo Felipe from Gil Vicente, Taty Castellanos from Lazio, Adama Traore from Fulham, and defender Axel Disasi on loan from Chelsea, while also adding young midfielder Keiber Lamadrid on loan from Deportivo La Guaira.

West Ham’s need for new blood has been highlighted by their league position. They are currently 18th and facing the very real prospect of relegation.

If West Ham do drop into the Championship then they will be able to sack their manager without compensation due to a relegation clause in Nuno Espirito Santo’s contract.
