Man Utd Vs Everton Match Preview

United, who will be keen to bounce back from a harsh defeat at Stamford Bridge, take on Everton today. The red devils can hardly afford to drop points today if they still remain in the title race.

Form

Having a poor start to the season, Everton lost 6-1 to Arsenal on the opening day of the season. However, the toffees have since won four out of nine of their league matches their most recent against West Ham putting Moyle’s men in 12th in the Premier League table with a game in hand. Whereas, united look to bounce back to top form after their controversial 1-0 loss at Stamford Bridge. Ferguson’s men, who have been failing to score goals this season, need to obtain three points in order to stay in the title race. Having only lost once in their last twenty eight league meetings, on paper United look the stronger side but as Burnley proved earlier in the season anything can happen in the Premier League.
